These leaflets are for offenders serving the new Community Order and Suspended Sentence Order brought in by the Criminal Justice Act 2003.  These sentences are only available to people sentenced for offences committed on or after 4 April 2005.  Each sentence must consist of at least one Requirement, from a range of 12 available.

The leaflets are designed to be given to offenders by probation staff.  The leaflets are for

- Community Order
- Suspended Sentence Order
- Plus 12 leaflets, one for each of the Requirements which courts may
  choose to include in either of the two Orders.
- There is also a leaflet specifically for offenders on an Activity Requirements with an   Employment, Training & Education focus.
